Katakana is another set of characters from the 3 main japanese writing systems. They are Hiragana, Katana and Kanji. We are finished with our Hiragana lessons and I think I can recall and write it.
Every morning, the first thing I do (after wiwi) is write the 46 Hiragana characters and then write the other 46 Katakana characters in a pad of graphing paper. I just hope my memory won't fail to recall what I saved.
Learned to count from 1 to 100 in nihongo, in 8 minutes.
